I’m happy to be part of your list and am really looking forward to your workshops in Poland. I truly hope I’ll be able to attend 🙌. I also wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors, and I will definitely support you in any way I can. I'm also very happy to see you writing for ThePerfectLoaf.com
Best of luck with your future endeavors. My Dad always told me, "Defeat is never fatal, unless you quit.". And how true that is. I live by his words everyday.
We loved Bellegarde bread from almost the start, as soon as we found it. My husband was filling up the car one day when your bakery delivery van pulled up to do the same. He said to the driver, "That is the best bread in town!" And the guy told him, "Just a second," then opened the back of the van, reached in, grabbed a baguette, handed it to my husband, and simultaneously each said, "Thank you!" Glad you left it in good hands, and to have your voice still available.
Beautiful as always!
